I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Genworth in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process consists of 3 phone interviews. The first interview is getting to know you and your resume. The second interview is a technical interview that consists of questions varying from language-based questions (i.e. Java, Javascript, SQL) to OOP-specific questions. The questions were relatively standard and nothing was out-of-the ordinary.
Word of cation:
This company is not a typical Software company. It is business-oriented within the workplace (dress-code, standard operating times, etc). If you are looking for a business aspect to CS, work here. Otherwise, it would be better to interview somewhere else.

Question 1
Is it better to have data duplication in SQL for the sake of smaller tables or have larger tables that have little duplication?
It was a video interview carried out on an online platform. I think it was called hireview. Pretty cool experience. The recording was cool since you don't interact with the real person and you can also prepare for 30 seconds before each question.

Interview
Attended two interviews, in the first interview I was asked about my previous jobs in software development , what software languages I had used in those jobs and what type of programs I had written, what I was expecting in salary. In the second interview I was asked questions about my interests and hobbies outside of work, in addition to more questions about the programs I had written in previous jobs, what my career goals were.
