I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Gainesville, GA) in Sep 2015
Interview
A recruiter called me, said he saw my resume posted online. Wanted me to come in and talk to him because they had openings. Everything he told me sounded great. The interview was at 9:00 am, got there are 8:45 am, and was told to wait that they weren't going to start the interview process until 9:30 am. SO...when it finally begin, I was brought into a room with another 12 candidates, I filled out the questionnaire which is wasn't reviewed. Then I was taken by the "Agency Director" and had a 1 on 1 interview. We went over my resume, and basically made small talk. Then I was taken back to the room with other candidates and we were all given a 30 minute presentation about the company by the "Agency Director. How you can make 100K yearly, that he makes $400k yearly. Then he went into detail about how this "multi-level marketing" aka pyramid scheme works, and that all the clientele is referral based, and the accreditation by the "BBB" Better Business Bureau.

Interview
Group like, put you into rooms where they just give you an overview and I believe offer the positions to mostly everyone. I do not recommend to younger professionals looking to start their careers

Relatively simple and very straightforward. Multiple step process that provides multiple opportunities for your questions and concerns to be addressed. Lots of questionnaires to fill out in each part of the interview.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Mason, OH) in Dec 2018
Interview
One group interview followed by a single interview. The hiring employee was up-beat and excited to welcome one lucky new team member. More about what the position and pay would be like as opposed to asking too many questions overall though.
