They have a group of people that they find their resumes online, they dont care about experience, they take anybody that is willing to run 100's of miles looking for business specifically you personal family and friends who are willing to let you in to give benefits. in the training process if the distance requires an overnight stay you are expected to pay hotel and all expenses. They do not tell you this in the interview process.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Richardson, TX) in Oct 2023
Interview
Good interview. It was quick and effective. I enjoyed meeting the team. Lots of positivity and enthusiasm. They went over the compensation plan and other major details. I think it was the easiest interview I have ever had.

Interview
Wasn't very personable. But, it was a professional environment. Seemed like a legit job, until I read all of the reviews for the job. There is no way I'm continuing with the process.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
I was sent an email from some recruiter stating to come to this interview because I was a good match. However, did not even know what company or job title this was for. I show up and immediately I can tell something is up. Immediately they have you talk to someone and fill out some questions, then bring you into a 1 hour "pitch" with all of the other candidates. Then the first day is done. I was invited back for a final interview and it was abysmal. I specialize in Information Security and IT, they have 0 IT roles across the organization because "everything is through an app" was the answer I got. Another direct quote from hiring manager "I have no idea why they even had you come in based on your background." At this point I was over it, and they still offered me a job which I declined. It just goes to show how they pull everyone's resumes from online postings and blast out emails to people for sales positions.
