The interview process was pretty straightforward.
The recruiter, Kelly, was very informative and nice and really tried to set me up for success in the different interview stages. The whole process took about two weeks from applying to initial phone screen. Then there was a 30 minute interview with an SDR manager and the final stage was a mock discovery call with two managers via Zoom. The managers give you two chances and expect you to be able to take feedback and coaching and incorporate on second try of the mock disco.

Interviewed with SDR manager, then other SDR manager for mock call, then final interview with a different SDR manager. All people were very nice. Interviews were pretty casual and standard. Gong has high expectations since it's a very competitive role, so take some time to prepare. Mock call was fun!

The interview process was four rounds. Phone screening, hiring manager, cold call exercise, and final round with another manager. The cold call exercise was a little intimidating initially, however, the manager gave great actionable feedback!
