I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Goodyear (Topeka, KS) in Jan 2011
Interview
My interview process consisted of a screening agency doing a phone interview. About a week later I received a call from the plant which was hiring and asked to come down for an on site interview. The onsite interview began with a plant tour where the guide asked very informal questions. I then met with the engineering superintendent who and the engineering manager. All in all it lasted maybe 3 hours.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Goodyear (Luxembourg) in Oct 2019
Interview
1 pc interview, the second phase is the hiring day with 4 interviews in Colmar-berg Luxembourg. 1 interview teammates, 1 human resources, 1 two directors, 1 director department. Interviews with general questions not difficult. Lunch is like another interview with young people.
I only felt disappointment with the department director, the interview was unacceptable because the questions: Are you married? Do you have kids? Do you have girlfriend? Tell me the zone where are you living on xxxx (my city)? Do you have friends on Luxembourg? Really sad interview, makes me feel bad.
After the interviews you take a lunch with young people, nice people. And then you go to the tour department, they show some parts like molds and tires, and different parts of the department, the best part of the day.
Positive:
1. They paid me the travel to go luxembourg
2. Tour department beautiful
3. Lunch with young people makes me feel good.
Negative:
1. Improperly questions on interview, Do not respect privacy of the candidate.
2. 4 months waiting to the face to face interview.
3. 4 interviews with no pause, makes me felt so tired, many questions.
