I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Google (Austin, TX) in Jun 2015
Interview
Recruiter for Google called and we scheduled a phone interview. Phone interview went well and then nothing. When I called the recruiter back after a week she said that I had "too much experience" and that they wanted someone with only a few years experience but in only one or two jobs at the most; basically someone who is very young, fresh from college. Age Discrimination but of course hard to prove.

Other Account Executive Interview Reviews for Google
The process for an Account Executive role at Google Dublin typically consists of four stages, including an information session, initial screening, and multiple interviews with different team members. The timeline is not extremely fast — there are waiting periods between stages, especially after the final round. Candidates report the full process taking anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. Great support during the process.

Question 1
What is your greatest accomplishment in your career
They reached out to me via LinkedIn, and we scheduled an interview. The initial interview went well however, they did not get back to me afterward. I sent many emails, but they did not reply to any of them. It was extremely unprofessional.
Not very personable. When I asked about salary expectations they lowballed and said there's no room for negotiation and that only managers make the salary I asked for (I was making it already as a non-manager)
