Submitted my resume online and within one day received an email requesting a phone interview. The HR Rep called at exactly the appointed time and began a series of questions, lasting almost 30 minutes. The questions weren't difficult, but I certainly would have answered differently had I had the opportunity to think about them. At the conclusion, I was told my info would be forwarded to a hiring manager. I was told I would hear from them within three days. When I didn't, I called the HR Rep back and left a message. Days later, I received an email from another HR employee advising me that another candidate had been offered the job.
