Granicus Recruiter interview questions

I usually don’t write reviews on companies but for this process I will because I don’t want anyone to even waste their time going through the interview process with this company. After completing my first interview I was sent a test that was not even relevant to my role to take to move to the next step in the interview process. After I took the test I was told that The HR director would like to interview with me. After waiting a week I was told to select the time and day that would work best for me. After waiting another week I was told the day before my interview that it has to be rescheduled to the end of next week just to be told the day before my second interview as well that it was canceled because another candidate was selected. I feel like I was being lead on and feel that there is a very unfair approach when it comes to the recruitment process on how things is handled with this company.
