Discussion with in house recruiter, followed by a 1 hour remote tech screen, followed by a 3/4 day in house interview with 2 pairing sessions, a design discussion, a cross functional / cultural assessment with members of other teams, and in the midst of it lunch with one of the managers. Greenhouse easily have the most well organized and thought through interview process I've ever participated in. Their process revolves around giving the candidate a safe space in which they can most effectively show off their skills that are relevant to the position they are interviewing for. This is particularly evident in the on sight interview in which you are given a room for the entire day and all of the interviewers come to you instead of you going to them. By the end of the day I was much more comfortable and familiar with the place than I had been after other full day interview's.
