I got the first coding challenge at the carrier fair at university, then have a second round through the phone. The phone interview was about 30 - 40 minutes long.

Interview
It involves multiple round of interviews, they ask questions regarding each and every concept of Salesforce and also involves a coding exercise which is little bit tough and managerial rounds.
