Well structured, fast, and pretty smooth process. You will be made sure to understand what exactly your role will be once you start and your growth possibilities within the company as well. Overall, the interviewers were very transparent, well versed and knowledgeable.
I got a coding test sent to me on codility. 3 Java questions, 1 SQL. Not extremely difficult but need to have a very strong base knowledge to be able to ace it. I did not ace it but I still got selected for the interview.
Next is a technical interview. Again, if you know your basics in Java + SQL, you won't have trouble with it at all. Explaining your thought process is a win here rather that answering the question right.
I got a call from the recruiter asking me about my expectations from the job + a couple more general questions.
Lastly, the panel interview had three parts. Technical, behavioral and another technical(I think?). First was very similar to the previous technical test. Behavioral was mostly based on your past experiences and your expectations from the job. The last technical was mostly on your troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Very related to what you'll actually be working with in your role.
