Standard initial phone screening followed by in-person panel interviews. Phone interviews went well, however, when the first thing a potential candidate overhears while walking into the panel interviews is the panel members making negative remarks about the previous candidates, it does not reflect well on the company. A few of the interviewers were kind and tried to reel in the ones that seemed to be there simply because they could be catty without repercussions, but that is not the type of workplace environment I'd like to be a part of.
