Completely online or over the phone. You have to either record answers to questions or be panel interviewed over a phone call. The questions are very basic but definitely make you think.

Very friendly and not so difficult questions. It took several months to hear back. When accepted they were sort of unorganized and not so helpful. Hope to have a great experience as an intern and hopefully get a job offer.
