Interview process was by a three panel team, the hiring manager, Quality and HR. The interview was 30 minutes long. The tour of the facility was 90 minutes and extremely interesting. Hr interview followed by an in person interview. For the time they took to talk to me a phone screen by the hiring manager would have been better use of everyone time.
