I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HII in Apr 2019
Interview
Initial interview conducted by phone with basic questions about work experiance and technical knowledge of job relevant systems, Linux, and Windows OSs. The following in person interview was a little more specific on guaging technical knowledge on Linux command line, compiling software, troublshooting methodologies, and offered me ample opportunities to ask questions.

Interview
This was a phone interview. Seems as though the interviewers were not interested from the begining. As with a lot of businesses in the area, they are just going through the motions because the business has someone picked for this job. OR the business wants to low ball the potential employee no matter the years of experience.

Interview
Initial contact was a few weeks but scheduled an in person interview immediately, went in to meet HR, then met with hiring manager. Very friendly, felt completely comfortable and not too formal. Everyone seemed very friendly and the two I talked most with seemed very excited for me to be there.
