I was chosen to participate in a phone interview. The interviewer asked some pretty basic behavioral questions (tell me about yourself, tell me about your projects, etc.) and she spent most of the time explaining to me how HII worked (who they are, what they do, who they work with, etc). Unfortunately, the internship position got canceled because they lost the funding for it but overall the interview process was pleasant (especially since this was my first-ever interview)

Laid back and relaxed. No behavioral questions and nothing too technical. Talked a lot about the questions I personally had, so I’d recommend researching the position and preparing questions. I had a internal references for this interview, which clearly played a big role in the interview environment.
