Interview
Competency based interview with questions followed by a panel interview by 3 people. First I was taken to a room where i was given a statement and had to calculate some simple accounts. It is important to carry your own pen and calculator. This was followed by a detailed questioning by a panel of three interviewers whom if successful I would have been working with directly
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience
Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
2 assessments. First assessment comprises of situational mcq questions and quantitative questions. Second assessment comprises of video interview questions where they give you a situation and ask how you would handle the situation
