Interview
Send off CV and some motivational questions and then a numerical reasoning test. I received an email saying I had reached the required benchmark and that they were considering my application further. Then received another email asking me to phone interview. Call lasted 38 minutes and was competency and motivational based. I applied for markets-sales in the London office, and currently waiting for the assessment center.

3 1-on-1 interview, with band 3, case study. They don't look at your CV, a set of standard private banking questions, both technical and behavioural, prepared by HR, pretty chill, you will also have a QA section, so be prepared
one HR round, superday with 3 MDs over zoom if you are not in the city, the questions are very standard and pretty much the same for all the candidate, it followed different themes
