Interview
The interview process was rigorous and multi-staged, beginning with an online application followed by a pre-recorded video interview that tested both behavioral and situational judgment. After advancing, I had a live virtual interview with HR and a hiring manager, where I was asked to expand on my resume and discuss my interest in the firm. The most intense part was the Superday, which included several back-to-back interviews with senior team members, a case study, and a technical assessment tailored to the role. Finally, I had a one-on-one conversation with a senior executive that focused more on cultural fit and my long-term aspirations. Overall, the process was structured, professional, and gave me a comprehensive view of the firm’s expectations and values.
