The interview process was well structured. It was fast paced and very well organized by the internal recruiter. The onsite interviews were back to back for about five hours, with a lunch break in between.

After a recruiter screen, I initially was rejected as another candidate was further along in the process and accepted. Harness then came back to me a little while later when another role they thought I was a better fit for came up. I went through a series of 1-on-1 interviews starting with the hiring manager and then peers and stakeholders.
