I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. I met with the recruiter as an initial intro call. She was super positive about the entire process and advised that she would be very transparent and communicative throughout the entire interview run.
I then interviewed with an executive I would support which went very well. The next step was a final 2.5 hour interview with 4 other employees.
The communication on the recruitment end seemed to fall off, as my follow up emails weren't really responded too and I wouldn't hear back for almost two weeks at a time.
I decided not to continue with the process. My gut feeling told me this isn't the type of company I should be working for. The interview process is always a glimpse into what lies ahead and I've never been very fond of lack luster communication.
