Hertz Location Manager interview questions

I first had a screen call with the recruiter in which she asked about my background etc. After that, I did 2 one-one interviews. The one-one interview was on site at the SD Hertz airport.

Pretty simple they ask you to answer what would you in certain scenarios just to see what style management you have. Some of the scenarios will see how well you handle stress, long work hours and rude customers. Also, with your employees that you have to manage. How well you handle personal informations about customers. It's pretty much daily operation things that show how much you can handle and in what way you handle situations.
