Hertz Manager Trainee interview questions

Phone interview first, after applying online. Phone interview questions were just basic questions and a general background check. I just asnwered in a professional manner. A month later, a 2 step in-person interview with Regional Manager, then Sales Manager. Very basic interview questions, no tricky questions were asked. Overall, it was a calm and collected process. No intimidation or anything. Just remain composed and professional and you will nail it.

Behavioral questions were asked to determine how you have functioned in past roles. You usually have 2 interview, one with the hiring manager, the other with HR. It moved pretty quickly; it only took about a week to receive the green light.
