I applied though naukari.com. HR takes information & schedule a technical interview. 1. Technical Interview: There is two interviewer in this round, one is for technical and second for manager round. They ask lot of questions related to your solid principles & agile. They only judge candidate by the theory, they don't care how much practical knowledge you have. I want to ask one question to HR When the interview round was technical, then why its directly a manager's round? I want to ask one questions to interviewer, you had all full knowledge when you had 5 yrs exp. And nothing they are doing only they waste candidate time.
