I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Holiday Inn Express (Muncie, IN) in May 2012
Interview
Brief and easy! Did not take long. Interview was nice and personable.. I didn't have a problem with any of the questions even without experience. I believe their was some testing of some sort afterwards, but it was a very brief and standard interview. Not much else to say

Question 1
Asked me about my availability during holiday breaks as a college student.
Easy going, asked about my resume and questions about why I wanted to be there. Also asked about what I wanted my hourly pay to be. I thought the process wasn't bad overall.
