The on campus selection process is a three step process. A technical question round, a GD and finally PI. After each round there is a elimination process. Since its the leading process licensor in Refining Technologies they look for sound technical knowhow not in-depth field stuff but strong basics. Communication skills are also paramount. A CV containing examples of teamwork and leadership will be held in great stead. Finally I say come prepared but also be confident.
