Online application, phone interview, personal interview to discuss experience and skills, more technical panel interview to discuss engineering knowledge , deep technical engineering questions to assess understanding and applicability, handshakes, Beer and pizza,
Teams call, full of technical discussions and troubleshooting methodologies discussions, brainstorming session, can learn something new, interviewer were very polite and had a nice session.
