Interview
After applying, you would be contacted via email if you were selected to have a phone interview. The phone interview was a long of standard interview questions. A few days after the phone interview, they would contact again via email to let you know if you had made it to the second round of interviews. The second round of interviews were conducted in person. This interview was more situational about hypothetical questions. Once the second round interviews are over they will contact you again to let you know if you have received the position or not.

Interview
There were two separate interviews. The first interview was conducted by the head of MAPP and another Methodist employee. From there, they choose a select group of people to move to the next round. You are interviewed by the same people the second round as well.

Why Houston Methodist? What made you want to become a nurse? Tell me about a time you made a mistake. Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a patient. Tell me about a time you had miscommunication and how you fixed that. Describe a conflict you had with a patient, family member, or coworker and how you resolved it. What unit do you want to be on?
