By meeting and exceeding their expectations. Treat customer with utmost courtesy and always appreciate their business. You make sure they feel like the most important person to you. In reality without customers you don't have a job.

Comment: Making eye contact as soon as customers walk through the door, and acknowledge customer (even when you are with another customer ) is golden. Service before the purchase/sale is a great way to WOW customers!
