I have always worked and lived in a fast changing environment so constant change is part of my expectation. Change for me means an opportunity to improve, although you have to adjust to a new rhythm, process, routine, in the end it all pays off . Staying in the comfort zone too long is plateauing you as an individual and your abilities.
