How did you handle a difficult customer.

One time a customer came in upset because their prescription was not ready and they were frustrated and raised their voice. I stayed calm, listen carefully with out interrupting, and apologized for inconvenience. I checked the system to understand what caused delay and assured to prioritize the order. Once it was ready i personally handed it to the customer and thanked them for the patience.
