I provided some feedback, that while the content was great, I was curious if it was the first time being offered online based on the delivery of it. For example; there were issues with the platform which the instructor (who was an employee for 20 yrs) did not seem well trained on, classes were cancelled with little or no notice (email sent out about 30 minutes after start time saying instructor could not make it), and the instructor did not manage online conversation of over 40 student very efficiently. Also, a substitute instructor actually once told the class that she didn't want to be teaching us... seriously! Not very professional. All that made me think the company had only recently started offering the training online, however, I was assured that they'd been doing it this way for a number of years.
