How do you interact and manage difficult situations with customers?

I talked about a few specific situations from my experience working in the food industry as well as some examples from working at a school as a teacher assistant. Make sure you have a few examples ready to go. It's okay to repeat the experiences to the different team members, but they really like if you can explain the situation and how you specifically resolved it. If it was a situation where you couldn't remedy it fully, talk about that limitation and who you reached out to to help you solve it.
