I see they are still at it. There really is no answer. The best advice I can give you is quit. The job market is good so you have a better chance, (than I did), to find a job that makes you feel good about yourself and doesn't break you. When I was there, a total of thirty people were either fired or they quit. And I wasn't there long. Good luck.

Get a schedule written onto a calendar for all task that are part of the regular workflow and responsibilities. Then, document all said tasks including objective, deadline, distribution, logistics etc. With the visual representation of daily responsibilities it makes it easier to prioritize ad hoc request and find time to complete them.
