1. First find out who is affected. 2. Check to see whether users can establish VPN connectivity. 3. Look for policies preventing connectivity. 4. Don’t rule out the client. 5. Try logging in locally. 6. See if affected users are behind NAT firewalls. 7. Check foe network access protection issues. 8. Try accessing various network resources. 9. Test connecting to resources by IP address rather than server name. 10. Determine if users are having performance problems.
