Safety is priority number 1, always. Right out of school I did not understand this concept, but that was because I had not worked in an inherently dangerous field before. After working at an industrial facility and receiving proper safety training I truly understand and buy into the idea that safety is always number 1. Proper PPE is vital, and it should always be at the front of your mind. It's the first and last thing to always consider.
