It all depends on my access to subject-matter experts, documents, materials (images/videos) and (audio recording) equipment (if being delivered online). Giving a hard turnaround time could result in setting false expectations. But, when I have had access to all of the things listed, I was able to develop first-draft course ready for review in two weeks.
