log(300000)/log(2) = 18.19 rounded up 19

Quick Short hand: 2^10 = 1024 (order of 10^3 : 1,000) 2^10 * 2^10 = 2^20 (order of 10^6 : 1,000,000) you only need half of that, so 2^20 / 2 = 2^19
