I can work under any management style including without supervision. Once it is clear what my objectives are and how the company wants me to execute those objectives, I can do the job. In my last position, the supervisor had responsibilities that pulled him in many different directions and he had little time to oversee my work. As I understood what was expected of me, I was able to work without a problem.
