I gave them Industry standard timeline but its of no use. I was put on hold for three weeks just dragging. I would be happy if they told me a clear NO and the beginning. The comments were team liked you blah blah, I was expecting OK its a positive turnout. Finally, it was a "NO", the team decided to take on some internal candidate.
