I explained how I basically self taught myself at my previous job during my first 2 months of working there and basically was able to learn everything without having to go to school, and in turn, was sent to an advanced course to learn the advanced techniques sinces I had already learned the basics. After learning the program, I quickly became one of the main designers who worked on custom mounting brackets for our major clients like Shell and Exxon.
