-Focus on customer service standards with your Team Educator > knowledge is power and building relationships with your customers speaks volumes. Teach Team Members how to upsell and suggesting pairing items as well. -Find products to cross-merchandise in other departments or by the registers --> impulse buys! -See what other Whole Foods nearby are selling that you aren't. If they are successful at another location, they might be successful at your store! If it doesn't work in one location, try another. -Run department movement. If you sell a lot of one item, make a larger display! Get rid of items that do not sell a lot (1-4 a week is not worth your sales budget).
