I would encourage the class to help the misbehaving student change his behavior by offering the class a reward such as; having some freetime at the end of class, writing their teacher a good report on their class, giving them candy (if the school allows it), playing a game like hang-man...etc... If the student continues to misbehave, simple call an assistant principal or discipline agent.
