Loyal to my team and expect loyalty in return. Open door policy. Believe in the importance of annual goal setting which includes one area of improvement that needs to be worked on (i.e. presentation skills, time management, etc.). Meet with staff weekly (or more frequently if necessary) and also conduct 1:1 with individual staff members weekly.
