I always look for what’s best for my customer, whether that’s thinking ahead and ensuring that they have everything they need for the product/service they’re purchasing, reading their mood to figure out if the interaction they want is upbeat and cheerful, or toned down and peaceful, and offering support and helpful solutions if they appear to need it or if their purchase was not as it should’ve been.
