I couldn't give him an accurate answer because of my current work environment and former because they weren't exactly "difficult" but had disagreements on how to handle patient needs...but I did find that question very odd and suspected to be asked that question towards a potential customer/patient/nurse I was going to recruit... but use your imagination...not sure if it was supposed to be a trick question.
