I’d handle a difficult person by staying calm and professional, and first trying to understand their perspective. Often, people are frustrated for a reason, so I’d listen actively and let them feel heard without interrupting. Then I’d respond clearly and respectfully, focusing on what I can do to help or resolve the issue. If the situation involves a disagreement, I’d keep the conversation focused on the task or objective rather than making it personal. I’d also be patient and adapt my communication style if needed. If it couldn’t be resolved immediately, I’d escalate it appropriately or seek guidance, but always ensure the person feels their concerns have been taken seriously.
