I have explained my real scenario where even i got push back from everyone internally on particular business idea but i never gave up. I have done poc internally to show idea will work & then created business use case & explain from VP (cross functional as well), SVP to C-level & finally got there buy-in. Based on that idea, we got tons of new business opportunities.
