1. Phone call with a recruiter. Less than half an hour.
2. Interview with a scrum master manager and a director. First part: a presentation based on a prompt I was provided with in advance. Second part: competency-based questions. One hour.
3. Role-play scenario with a Scrum team. One and a half hours.
4. Final interview with hiring managers. Review of the previous stages and general questions. Half an hour.
5. This wasn't part of the interview process itself, but I also had another half-hour call with a director to talk about the team I was joining.
