Recorded video interview answers then live phone interview. Good communication skills are essential, and various professional experiences would be great to have. The interview questions were not meant to be tricky or difficult.

What type of experiences would help you in this role?
Completed initial interview which was asynchronous (they sent a list of questions that I answered on a recorded telephone line- not a lift person) and never heard back- not even a form email rejection. I was well qualified for the position (maybe even over qualified). The fact that I wasn’t selected wasn’t a huge deal but if you go so far as to begin interviews, you should at least send a form rejection email.
